The Rhinoken "rising star" Kavaliro de Carbon Station who was forced to step down from his position when caught having an affair with a woman.
He stepped down after admitting to an affair with a woman that worked in his Mogul tribe. She was married to one of Engine's aides. Engine also stated that he helped the woman's husband get two jobs during the affair.
Engine was also a member of the Halean philosophical group Word Keepers--a group based on strict moral codes.
